Daddy: Alex, how many fingers do you have?
Alex: Five.
Daddy: And how many fingers would you like to have?
Alex: Five.
Daddy: If you could have as many as you wanted, you'd still just want five?
Alex: Yeah.
Daddy: You wouldn't want six?
Alex: No. Too many.
(Pause.)
Alex (indicating a spot right next to his pinkie): If I could put it here, that'd be okay.
(Mommy, Daddy, and Alex laugh.)
