Mommy: Okay.

Alex: When I shine it on my foot, I can see my foot shadow.


Alex: Lights, turn back on!
Mommy: What?
Alex: I was talking to the lights.
Alex: Lights, turn back on!
Mommy: I don't think the lights are a very good listener.
Alex: No. Time out!
Alex (to Mommy): I gave the lights a time out.
Mommy: Yeah.
